Sonoran Ranch Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder / Fabricator to support our fleet and equipment operations. This role focuses on welding, repairing, and rebuilding roll-off dumpsters, front load containers, and truck components, along with handling a variety of general fabrication projects.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands structural integrity, and can turn worn-out equipment into something solid and job-ready again.

Key Responsibilities

• Weld and repair roll-off dumpsters, front load containers, and related equipment
• Perform structural repairs on trucks, frames, and attachments
• Cut, fit, and fabricate metal components as needed
• Rebuild damaged containers and reinforce high-wear areas
• Operate welding equipment (MIG, Stick)
• Inspect equipment for damage and identify repair needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with general shop tasks and fabrication projects as needed
