We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Billing Specialist to help manage our financial records and billing operations. This role is essential to keeping our business organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with financial data, invoices, and internal records.
• Manage daily bookkeeping activities including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances when necessary
• Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs
• Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly financial reporting
• Work with management to ensure billing accuracy for services provided
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
